Our Print Shop offers most every type of printing
service. From custom novelty items to large banners,
we offer the largest selection in Orlando.

How does UCF Printing Services differ
from other printers in the area?
Because Printing Services handles all of the university's
printing needs, we offer a larger selection of
services than most of the competition. Our prices
are very competitive and we offer on-campus delivery
and pickup.

Do I need to be part of the university
to use Printing Services ?
UCF Printing Services is open to the public.

How do I place an order?
There are three ways to place an order with Printing Services : our website, over the phone, and in
person.
· Visit our website at http://www.printing.ucf.edu/
and click on Printing Services Services tab. Click
on your appropriate job ticket and fill out your
information. Feel free to fill out more than one
job ticket.
· Also, you can call us at 407-823-2277
or fax us at 407-823-5523. If you leave a message
after 5pm, we will be sure to call you back the
next business day.
· If you’re on the UCF campus, you
can visit our shop located at the intersection
of Gemini Blvd and Libra Drive. We are located
directly below the UCF water tower.

How can I pay?
UCF Printing Services and Copy Center accept IDI
(Interdepartmental) transfers, cash, and checks.
The Student Copy Center also accepts purses one
and three on the UCF Card.

Does Printing Services accept files in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)?
We accept Microsoft files, although many times
they present challenges with format and layout.
If possible, convert your Microsoft file to a
high resolution PDF. This will broaden your production
options and give you a more cost effective solution.

What are the approved file formats?
Files are accepted
in the following applications:
Adobe Photoshop®, Illustrator®,
Pagemaker®, InDesign®,
Acrobat®, and Quark
Xpress®. Please call
to see if we can process your favorite file format.
